About the Role
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will serve as a facilities management powerhouse, leading a team to ensure our growing footprint of distribution centers operates like well-oiled machines. This role is designed for a leader with a passion for overseeing large-scale operations in a dynamic distribution environment. You will be responsible for managing diverse teams of facilities staff, including maintenance, grounds, and custodial workers, while ensuring appropriate staffing levels and strong leadership. Your day-to-day will involve auditing and inspecting buildings, sites, and equipment for appearance and maintenance needs, as well as developing policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, and repair. You will also play a key role in accurately planning budgets, capital expenses, and projects, requiring the ability to travel to Uline's domestic and international locations.
