About the Role
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will serve as the operational powerhouse for our growing footprint of distribution centers. In this dynamic environment, you will lead a diverse team of facilities staff—including maintenance, grounds, and custodial workers—to ensure our facilities run like well-oiled machines. Your mission is to oversee large-scale operations, manage staffing levels, and drive the strategic planning of budgets, capital expenses, and projects. You will set the standard for our sites by developing policies for inspection, maintenance, and repair, while auditing buildings and equipment to ensure they meet our high standards for appearance and functionality.
