Accel Therapies is seeking an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Regional Clinical Director (RCD) to oversee multiple centers within a designated region. This leadership role blends clinical oversight, operational management, and team development to ensure high-quality ABA services and exceptional caregiver engagement.
As an RCD, you will guide Clinical Directors and BCBAs, support organizational growth, and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead and support Clinical Directors across the region to ensure high-quality, ethical care
- check_circleMentor Clinical Directors to strengthen clinical judgment, leadership capabilities, and accountability
- check_circleIdentify and proactively address clinical and operational risks to maintain strong regional performance
- check_circleOversee quality and integrity of assessments, treatment planning, and clinical outcomes
- check_circleMonitor regional performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- check_circleSupport onboarding and ongoing training for clinicians and clinical leaders across the region
- check_circleCollaborate with Operations, Training, and HR to align clinical and organizational goals
- check_circleBuild and maintain strong relationships with payors to support alignment and long-term collaboration
- check_circleMaintain up to 15 billable hours per week focused on QA, clinical oversight, and leadership
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- verifiedCurrent BCBA certification
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of ABA experience
- verifiedAt least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple centers or teams
- verifiedProficiency in clinical software and data management tools preferred
- verifiedSpanish-speaking a plus
