Drivers can expect weekly home time and opportunities for safety bonuses. The position offers a competitive compensation package with an average annual earning of $96,500, though actual earnings may vary based on training, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and days worked.
Full-time drivers gain access to comprehensive benefits starting early in their tenure. Medical, dental, and vision coverage become eligible after 30 days, while PTO accrues from day one. Additional perks include a 401(k) with company match, life insurance options, mental health and disability benefits, two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days of holiday pay.
