WNC is an established, dynamic, and rapidly growing real estate investment company that has provided affordable housing nationally since 1971. The organization is dedicated to ensuring the long-term viability of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) assets and delivering appropriate tax credit benefits to communities.
The Asset Manager serves as a relationship manager and problem solver for a portfolio of approximately 65 LIHTC multi-family properties. Reporting to the Regional Team Leader and Vice President of Asset Management, this role is critical for overseeing both stabilized and structured assets (SAG). The position bridges the gap between the company, local general partners, investors, and property managers to maximize total return and ensure regulatory compliance.
In this capacity, you will manage the cyclical reporting accountabilities and ongoing operational oversight of the portfolio. Your day-to-day involves conducting financial analysis, scheduling site visits, and collaborating with third-party property managers to direct business plans, budgets, and forecasts. You will work to enhance WNC's relationships with local general partners and investors while navigating asset management concerns from initial stabilization through the life of the lower-tier partnership.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely. While the role is based within the company, you are not required to be located at the home office or one of WNC's satellite offices.
WNC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
