At BuckledIn, we eliminate transportation as a barrier to children's success. We mobilize outstanding adults to have a positive impact on children who face significant challenges. Our drivers transport school-age students experiencing homelessness, living in foster care, or those with mental or emotional special needs—circumstances where traditional yellow school buses are often not a viable option.
We match each student with a part-time driver who provides daily transportation to and from school. Our driver community includes current or former teachers, nurses, nannies, caregivers, social workers, parents, and grandparents who are eager to be a positive influence in their student's lives.
We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and values-driven entrepreneurial professional to join our team as a Recruitment Manager. This role is critical to our mission, as you will directly influence our ability to find the dedicated adults who make our work possible.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Compliance, you will collaborate regularly with the Onboarding and Compliance team, operations managers, and selected vendors. In this position, you will manage vendors and direct reports, overseeing the high-volume recruitment process across all metro areas. You will be responsible for generating leads, refining driver personas, and ensuring our recruitment materials and employer brand efforts attract top talent. The role requires a problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity, can navigate multiple online platforms, and is excited about influencing people to achieve department goals.
The successful applicant will be inspired by our mission and values and able to exhibit our company competencies. We look for individuals who are comfortable with an ever-changing environment, can perform independently with minimal supervision, and are effective written and verbal communicators.
We are committed to working in an inclusive, caring, and values-driven environment. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
