Working closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and General Managers, this position oversees the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for new property openings and existing hiring gaps. The core mission is to ensure every House and property maintains the high standards Soho House is known for by securing the best and most qualified employees.
This role is about more than just filling seats; it is about curating a positive candidate experience and fostering a collaborative environment. You will act as a strategic partner to operations and support offices, building strong rapport at all levels while coaching managers to ensure a smooth recruitment journey. From leading external recruitment events like careers fairs to refining internal processes, you will drive the strategy that allows Soho House to grow while preserving its unique culture.
