The Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training initiative designed to cultivate the fundamental skills of a recruiter, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing. New recruits learn directly from experienced leaders and existing team members, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.
You will manage a diverse daily workload across four key areas: Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will collaborate with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations. Your role involves prioritizing premium roles to maintain strong, high-value candidate pipelines while leveraging multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
Additionally, you will support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), School Based Professionals (SBPs), and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance. You will also review and navigate the full onboarding workflow, developing a deep familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
Recruiter Trainees are considered non-exempt employees during the training period, which typically lasts 13 weeks. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be promoted into the Recruiter 1 role, transitioning to an exempt employee status with a salary and uncapped commission earning potential.
