About the Role
As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our healthcare delivery. In this position, you will attract, evaluate, and facilitate the onboarding of medical, dental, and behavioral health providers under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. Your work ensures that our staffing goals are met by collaborating closely with hiring managers to bring the right talent to our team.
You will serve as a representative and promoter of LCDF at community and state events, helping to build our reputation as an employer of choice. From devising targeted recruitment campaigns to guiding providers through the complex New Mexico licensure and HR credentialing processes, you will be the bridge connecting our mission-driven organization with the dedicated professionals who make our care possible.
