The Associate Recruiter III serves as a vital link in the talent acquisition ecosystem, managing the full-cycle recruitment process specifically for security personnel. This role exists to ensure the company maintains a steady pipeline of qualified candidates while upholding the rigorous hiring standards unique to the security industry. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the complex journey from initial sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with Operations, Corporate Recruiters, and HR to drive workforce engagement and retention.
Your work will be a dynamic blend of strategic sourcing and high-touch candidate management. You will navigate various channels to identify talent, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to ensuring a seamless candidate experience, providing transparency and support throughout the hiring process. You will also manage critical onboarding logistics, verifying documentation and coordinating with training teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements. Additionally, you will maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System and support continuous process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard interview process designed to assess both technical recruiting capabilities and cultural fit within the security industry.
