About the Role
As we grow, we are seeking a driven and professional recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and retaining top-tier skilled trades talent for our commercial construction clients. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of field employees across all skilled construction trades, collaborating with internal teams and engaging consistently with external candidates to maintain a qualified and reliable workforce.
This is an in-person role based out of our local office. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential. Your work will directly connect skilled trades professionals with rewarding career opportunities, supported by an experienced team and a strong company reputation.

- check_circleComplete daily system administration tasks including dispatching and workflow management

Requirements
- verified2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
- verifiedBilingual (English/Spanish)
- verifiedLocated in or able to work 8 AM to 5 PM CT
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field. Proficiency with recruitment software. Familiarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trade knowledge.
