About the Role
As a Recreation Attendant, you will be the face of our guest experience, assisting Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation memories. Your role is to promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere across all recreational activities and areas. You will express an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude while providing information about available facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment. A key part of your day involves encouraging guests to participate in activities, registering and scheduling them, and processing payments for rentals or retail sales. You will interact professionally with colleagues and guests, anticipating needs and contributing to team goals while strictly adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The position requires the physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop, as well as stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Applicants must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs. Please note that this position may require a background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
