In this role, you will connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience, help them order their favorite meals, and prepare those meals. Success in this position requires a cheerful and positive attitude, the ability to smile and maintain eye contact, and the capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment. You will partner with other team members and managers to meet daily goals while keeping the restaurant looking fantastic.
