About the Role
As a Recreation Attendant, you will be the face of our recreational facilities, assisting Owners and guests in crafting experiences and events that define their stay. You will promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere, expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude to encourage participation in our activities.
Your day will involve welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and providing information about available facilities, lessons, and equipment. You will register and schedule guests for activities, process payments for rentals and retail sales, and ensure that all interactions reflect our high standards for guest experience and company policies. This role requires physical agility, including the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.
