About the Role
As a Seasonal Recreation Attendant, you will be the face of our recreational programs, assisting Owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences. Your mission is to promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere across all recreational activities and areas. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and providing enthusiastic information about available facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
A typical day involves encouraging guests to participate in our programs, registering and scheduling them for activities, and processing payments for rentals or retail sales. You will serve as a vital link in delivering the guest experience, interacting professionally with colleagues and guests while contributing to team goals and adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role requires a valid U.S. Driver's License. Please note that this position may require a background and drug screening contingent on company policy and applicable legal requirements.
