As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for identifying necessary vehicle repairs and performing the work with precision and efficiency. You will examine customer vehicles, estimate repair costs, and execute repairs and maintenance in strict accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
Your day-to-day involves more than just mechanical work; you will document all services performed, manage parts requests, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. You will frequently interact with customers, service advisors, and the service manager, requiring clear communication to explain technical details and ensure a positive customer experience.
