We are seeking a Temporary to Permanent Reception / Concierge to serve as the face of the firm. This position acts as the primary gatekeeper, managing both in-person and phone interactions for employees and clients. The role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, offering a day-in-the-life filled with time-sensitive operational tasks, visitor management, and meeting support.
You will be the hub of the office, coordinating lunch orders, managing catering logistics, and ensuring seamless AV setup for conference rooms. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, handling urgent requests during peak periods, and maintaining a professional, upbeat demeanor. As a key member of the Office Services Team, you will provide backup coverage and support ad-hoc projects, ensuring the front desk operates with meticulous accuracy and efficiency.
This position is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity. The role will begin as soon as the right candidate is identified. Candidates should be prepared for a process that evaluates their situational awareness, client service skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate setting.
