About the Role
We are currently seeking two Receptionist and Customer Care Associates for a well-known, respected client with corporate offices located minutes from Easton. Due to expansion and increased business, this client is looking to add two new team members to their ranks.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective new clients and existing customers. Your day will involve taking inbound calls, gathering information, and routing requests to the appropriate departments or individuals who can best assist. Additionally, you will handle data entry projects. This client is renowned for providing top-notch customer care, so a very positive and friendly attitude is essential to thrive in this environment.
The positions offer a team-spirited atmosphere within beautiful facilities. These are entry-level roles designed for individuals with prior office experience and accurate data entry skills.
