About the Role
As a Receiver/Stocker at Tractor Supply Co., you play a vital role in keeping our stores running smoothly. You will unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, stock shelves, and maintain warehouse inventory, and ensure shelves are fully stocked. Your work directly supports our customers by helping them load heavy merchandise, such as feed or equipment, and by building attractive merchandise displays that enhance the shopping experience.
Day in the Life
Your day involves maintaining a clean and organized store and stockroom while managing the flow of goods. If you are selected for an overnight position, your focus will shift to stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day's operations. This role is ideal for those who enjoy physical activity, organization, and contributing to a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour. Depending on your location, overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential.
