About the Role
Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in keeping our stores organized and ready for customers. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for the backbone of our retail operations: receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory. Your work ensures that products are available on the shelves and that the warehouse and sales floor remain tidy and efficient.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a mix of physical activity and organizational tasks. You will receive shipments, unload trucks, and organize inventory in the stockroom. You will also stock shelves, build product displays, and perform inventory counts. Keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized is key to a smooth operation.
Overnight shifts focus on large shipments, stocking, and preparing the store for opening. This position may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks. If you enjoy staying active and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
