Receiver/Stocker

About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in maintaining the operational backbone of the store. As a Receiver/Stocker, you are responsible for ensuring that products flow efficiently from the warehouse to the sales floor. Your work directly impacts the customer experience by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for shoppers.

This position involves a mix of physical activity and organizational tasks. You will receive shipments, unload trucks, and organize inventory in the stockroom. Additionally, you will stock shelves, build product displays, perform inventory counts, and keep both the warehouse and sales floor organized. The floor clean and orderly.

Overnight Shifts

Overnight shifts are a key component of this role, focusing on large shipments, extensive stocking, and preparing the store for opening the store for the next day's business. This schedule allows for uninterrupted work on heavy inventory and store preparation tasks. Please note that overnight stocking shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential, hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
