About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in maintaining the operational backbone of our retail locations. As a key member of the team, you are responsible for ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers. This position is essential for keeping the warehouse and sales floor running the store efficiently.

Day in the Life

Your day involves receiving shipments and unloading trucks to bring inventory into the store. You will organize inventory in the stockroom and stock shelves, build product displays, and perform inventory counts. Keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized is a priority, ensuring that products are accessible and presented well for our customers.

Overnight shifts focus on large shipments, stocking, and preparing the store for opening the next day's operations. This role may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks to ensure all products are safely stored and displayed. Your attention to detail and physical stamina will help maintain a smooth flow of goods from the backroom to the floor.
