About the Role

Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers play a vital role in maintaining the operational backbone of our retail environment. This position is responsible for ensuring that the store is well-stocked, organized, and ready for customers. The role involves a mix of warehouse management and sales floor support, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory in the stockroom. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, building product displays, and maintaining product displays, and performing regular inventory counts. Keeping both the warehouse and sales floor organized is a key part of the daily routine.

Overnight shifts focus on handling large shipments and preparing the store for the next day. This may require lifting heavy items and operating equipment and operating pallet jacks.
