About the Role

As a Keller Williams agent, you will represent home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. Your day will involve coordinating with third-party entities, managing transaction paperwork, and negotiating prices. You will also perform strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. Success in this role requires interacting with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses, while operating with an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset.

Application Process

Applicants without a real estate license are invited to apply. If you are unlicensed or in the process of obtaining one, once your application is received, you will be contacted by our partnered real estate school with information on how to obtain your license. You must hold an active license to be considered for the position.

Compensation Model

Real estate agents at Keller Williams are independent contractors. Income is purely commission-based, meaning there is no hourly wage or salary. However, as a full-time agent, you have the potential to earn $100,000+ in one year.
