This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the KW family. As a real estate agent, you will represent home sellers and buyers through complex transactions, coordinating with third-party entities, managing paperwork, and negotiating prices. The role requires strategic prospecting to identify new clients interested in buying or selling real estate.
To ensure your success, we provide thorough, hands-on sales training and access to the industry's most efficient platforms for scouting leads and closing deals. Whether you are a licensed agent or currently in the process of obtaining your license, you are encouraged to apply. If you are unlicensed, you will be contacted by our partnered real estate school with guidance on obtaining your license before being considered for the position.
