About the Opportunity
Tempting Recruitment is partnering with a global law firm to recruit an experienced Associate for their Real Estate team in Dallas. This is a permanent, full-time role designed for a lawyer who thrives on intricate transactions.
The Role
In this position, you will largely concentrate on real estate secured finance transactions. Beyond this core focus, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of other complex real estate matters, including purchase, disposition, and development projects. The role involves creating and negotiating mortgage loan paperwork, supervising due diligence (including lease and project paper reviews, as well as title and survey examinations), and organizing closings. You will also collaborate directly with loan providers and examine corporate organizational records to ensure the legality of mortgage loans.
