About the Role

The Legal Counsel for Real Estate Financing & Corporate Ventures will operate at the intersection of real estate, finance, and corporate law to support the company's growth objectives. This role is critical for advancing Vultr's capital-raising activities, joint ventures, and structured financing transactions related to data center infrastructure. You will work closely with the General Counsel, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams to navigate complex, multi-party transactions with tight timelines. The position requires a strategic partner who can advise on deal structure, risk allocation, and securities law considerations while managing external counsel to ensure cost discipline and strategic alignment.
