As a Reading Intervention Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in developing and providing direct reading instruction for identified students. Your work will be responsive to their unique educational needs and aligned with our total program goals. You will be part of a team that believes every child deserves a supportive environment to succeed academically and emotionally.
In this role, you will not only remediate students but also serve as a resource for the broader faculty. You will collaborate with school administration and teachers to analyze assessment data, plan professional development, and ensure the fidelity of reading implementation. Your contributions will directly impact the youth and families of Central Virginia, helping to foster a culture of learning and well-being.
