As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, providing one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions. This role is designed for those who are compassionate, patient, and eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism. Whether you are an experienced professional or new to the field, you will have the opportunity to implement skill-building and care plans directly in clients' homes or community-based locations.
We offer a flexible, autonomous work environment where you can choose your own cases without a minimum case requirement. This position is ideal for those seeking part-time work, with all roles starting on a part-time basis. We are looking for candidates committed to a 6-month journey to transform our clients' lives.
