We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Tax Manager to join our specialized R&D Tax Credit practice. In this position, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, identifying and supporting R&D tax credit opportunities while leading the execution of complex engagements. This role is designed for a driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing consulting environment and is eager to take ownership of high-impact projects across diverse industries.
As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between technical tax analysis and business development. You will conduct detailed financial and accounting analyses, lead client site visits and facility walkthroughs, and prepare comprehensive technical reports. This is an opportunity to grow within a highly specialized practice where you will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the firm's rigorous standards.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days onsite or at client locations per week, with the schedule starting in March 2026. While the primary preference is for candidates based in Philadelphia, PA, we welcome applicants from Arlington, VA; Washington, DC; or Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves travel to various client sites and offers sponsorship availability for qualified candidates.
If you are a CPA or attorney with a passion for R&D tax credits and tax accounting methods, we encourage you to apply. We look for professionals who can demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex federal and state regulations. Join us to lead engagements from start to finish and make a tangible impact on our clients' financial strategies.
