About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join the PCS practice. This role is ideal for a senior tax professional who thrives in a growing environment and is passionate about delivering high-touch service to complex client portfolios. As a proactive, trusted advisor, you will lead engagements involving Federal and State individual and fiduciary returns, managing the full tax lifecycle from identification to resolution of complex issues.
Beyond technical expertise, you will mentor and develop staff accountants, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and drive engagement economics through effective budgeting and billing. You will also identify opportunities to expand client services, working independently or as part of a team to support the long-term goals of our clients.
