About the Role
The Railcar Repair Technician is the backbone of our operations, conducting all aspects of repair and maintenance on tank cars. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership and team skills while maintaining an unwavering focus on safety. You will ensure cars are in compliance by conducting thorough inspections and performing necessary repairs using current procedures.
Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a vital link to our customers, meeting their expectations to ensure satisfaction with our work. You will also manage essential clerical duties, ensuring all invoicing, inspection records, and work order information are complete and accurate. Success in this position requires maintaining all necessary certifications and demonstrating a strong familiarity with AAR rules and regulations.
