The position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will resolve production issues, analyze existing workflows to reduce waste, and maintain a library of equipment technologies. You will also provide technical training to production personnel and visit equipment suppliers to support new construction or investigate emerging technologies.

The role may involve occasional outdoor activities in hot or adverse weather, as well as physical tasks such as climbing ladders, railcar platforms, and lifting equipment. Candidates must be prepared to travel up to 50% to plant and vendor sites, including visits during plant shutdown periods.
