About the Role
As a Radiology Technologist, you will operate x-ray equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs as ordered by physicians. This role is central to our patient-centered care model, requiring you to position and instruct patients prior to examinations, adjust equipment settings, and determine proper voltage, current, and exposure times for each image.
Your day will involve performing screening procedures, explaining processes to patients, and ensuring their safety and comfort during exams. You will prepare examination rooms and equipment, produce high-quality diagnostic images, and document exam information accurately. A key part of your responsibilities includes verifying exams on PACS and reporting critical information directly to physicians to support diagnostic interpretation.
