About the Role

Are you ready to be a key player in shaping cutting-edge electronic warfare systems? As a Radio Frequency (RF) Production Test Engineer at Raytheon’s Electronic Warfare Systems in sunny Goleta, CA, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and validate advanced testing solutions for our state-of-the-art Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) products.

In this onsite role, you will work within a collaborative and impactful environment to build foundational skills in RF testing, automation, and system validation. You will gain exposure to automated test engineer (ATE) test station design and RF characterization while utilizing industry-leading tools. Your work will directly contribute to reducing test times, improving test processes through data analysis, and ensuring the reliability of critical defense hardware.

Location and Work Model

This position is an onsite role located at our Goleta, CA facility. Employees in onsite roles work primarily on-site, as production and maintenance staff are essential to the development of our products. Please note that as part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote.

Security and Citizenship Requirements

Due to the nature of our work, this position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret level) on day one. U.S. citizenship is strictly required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of security clearance.
