Are you ready to be a key player in shaping cutting-edge electronic warfare systems? As a Radio Frequency (RF) Production Test Engineer at Raytheon’s Electronic Warfare Systems in sunny Goleta, CA, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and validate advanced testing solutions for our state-of-the-art Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) products.
In this onsite role, you will work within a collaborative and impactful environment to build foundational skills in RF testing, automation, and system validation. You will gain exposure to automated test engineer (ATE) test station design and RF characterization while utilizing industry-leading tools. Your work will directly contribute to reducing test times, improving test processes through data analysis, and ensuring the reliability of critical defense hardware.
This position is an onsite role located at our Goleta, CA facility. Employees in onsite roles work primarily on-site, as production and maintenance staff are essential to the development of our products.
