About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry as a Quick Lube Service Advisor at our Giles Nissan location in Lafayette. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to helping the community keep their cars on the road. While experience in an automotive service department is preferred, it is not mandatory; we highly value experience in customer service roles within the public sphere.
In this role, you will serve as the face of our service department, managing the flow of the Drive Lane and providing concierge support for all owner inquiries. You will collaborate with upper management on service department decisions, assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, and oversee the administration of warranty claims. The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, and outgoing, with a professional demeanor and a strong commitment to positive customer satisfaction results.
