Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Quality Workplace Coaches (QWPC) to support the 767 and 777 teams onsite in Everett, Washington. This role is designed for outgoing and knowledgeable professionals passionate about coaching, motivating, and inspiring others. We are hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Experienced and Senior Quality Workplace Coaches, to help quality inspectors and oversee Structured On-The-Job activities.
About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various inspection methods and quality processes. Your day-to-day involves supporting quality inspectors by providing coaching on best practices in inspection techniques and performance improvement. You will utilize your expertise across various areas such as Structures, Seal, Flightline processes, Functional Test, Wings, Interiors, Electrical, Hydraulics, Engines, Paint, Systems, Final Assembly, and more.
You will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting performance and quality data to identify improvement opportunities. By assisting Quality managers and team leads with Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) plans, you will provide program-specific advanced skills coaching. Your natural leadership abilities will be essential in offering positive modeling, observation opportunities, and timely feedback to help team members excel. You will foster good interpersonal relationships by ensuring team members feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions.

Nice to Have
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree or higher. Quality inspection experience in three or more of these areas: Structures, Seal, Flightline processes, Functional Test, Wings, Interiors, Electrical, WIRS, NCR Tag Writing, Hydraulics, Engines, Paint, Systems, Final Assembly, Plumbing and PDD (including but not limited to REDARS, PSDS, ONEPPM, D Documents Navigation). Proficiency with MS Office applications. Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
