About the Role

At MiniMed, quality isn't just a standard—it's a commitment to the people who depend on our technology every day. As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every device we deliver meets the highest standards. For our patients, there is no room for compromise.

You will lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world. This position is part of our Operations team and is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

Work Schedule

This role operates on a rotational biweekly schedule with evening and overnight shifts:

  • Week 1: Saturday, Sunday, Thursday & Friday (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
