AGSE is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to serve as a critical bridge between supplier documentation, engineering specifications, and customer compliance. This hands-on role is designed for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform the dual function of physical inspection and rigorous documentation review to ensure all components, assemblies, and tools meet engineering drawings, customer specifications, and LEAP license requirements.
In this position, you will work directly with suppliers, Quality Engineers, and the Engineering team to resolve discrepancies, address non-conforming materials, and support complex customer certification requirements. The role offers a dynamic day-to-day experience that blends visual inspections, paperwork audits, and process improvement projects. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who values accountability, precision, and continuous improvement, with the chance to build deep technical knowledge within the Quality and Operations functions.
Working with AGSE places you at the forefront of aerospace-related product development and component verification. You will gain valuable exposure to supplier quality management, technical inspections, and the intricacies of customer certification processes. The company is committed to your professional growth, offering employer-paid third-party training and technical skill development opportunities. As part of a team that prioritizes accuracy and innovation, you will have the autonomy to work independently while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process designed to assess both technical competency and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by a technical discussion focused on inspection methodologies and engineering drawing interpretation. Final candidates may engage in a practical assessment or a deeper dive into specific quality scenarios before receiving an offer.
AGSE is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We believe that a variety of perspectives strengthens our team and drives innovation in the aerospace industry.
