About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Registered Nurse to join our team as the Coordinator of Quality Management. In this role, you will help us reach the highest quality patient care by coordinating the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of performance data related to quality improvement programs. You will serve as a vital link in our commitment to excellence, facilitating process improvement initiatives using problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and Failure, Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA).

Your day will involve preparing physician reappointment quality profiles, coordinating Performance Improvement Committees, and maintaining proactive communication with the departmental team to ensure service concerns are addressed immediately. You will continuously evaluate administrative operational procedures and recommend changes to support our mission.
