About the Role

The Responsible Care/Corporate ISO 9001:2015 Quality Coordinator/Document Control plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our quality management system. This position serves as the backbone for maintaining the highest quality standards through rigorous internal audits, document control, and customer complaint resolution.

In this role, you will coordinate the planning and execution of internal audits to assess adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards across the organization. You will manage the QA section of the company intranet and maintain the document control database, ensuring all procedures—from raw materials to packaging—are up to date and accessible. A key part of your day involves working with subject matter experts to prepare controlled documents that conform to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing the lifecycle of these documents across hardcopy and electronic formats.

You will also be the primary point of contact for tracking and handling customer complaints. This includes coordinating customer samples, collecting and analyzing lab data, maintaining status reports, and ensuring the complaint management system remains fully auditable. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the ability to collaborate with Purchasing and Receiving departments to resolve documentation discrepancies.
