About the Role
CalPortland is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead QA & Testing for our cement, concrete, and asphalt products. In this on-site role, you will oversee lab and field testing, supervise technicians, and ensure materials meet ASTM, ACI, DOT, and company standards. You will analyze test data, drive corrective actions, support sustainable production practices, and partner closely with operations and project teams.
This position is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our construction materials while driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will serve as the bridge between technical quality requirements and daily production realities, ensuring that every batch meets the rigorous demands of our industry.

Requirements
