The Quality Control Manager serves as the guardian of our Driver Fleet's quality standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence by performing site visits for claims, conducting Independent Contractor job checks, and overseeing Meet Truck site visits. As the initial point of contact for all claims and insurance company interactions, you will drive the resolution process from assessment to settlement.
Beyond claims management, you will play a key role in shaping the contractor experience. You will partner with the Driver Trainer to develop onboarding processes, provide training on proper product installation, and conduct drive-behinds and ride-alongs to assess performance. Your day will involve maintaining constant communication with Independent Contractors to ensure routes and deliveries stay on schedule, resolving concerns from superintendents, and providing on-site assistance for large installs. This position requires a blend of field presence and office coordination to maintain high standards across our network.
At NXTPoint, we are guided by a clear Mission Statement, Philosophy, Value Statement, Vision, and Strategy. We expect all team members to not only understand but actively support and embody these core principles in their daily work.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
