We are seeking a Quality Control Lead for a leading manufacturer in Ontario, CA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integrity of our client's production line by conducting comprehensive electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical testing on systems, subassemblies, and components. Your primary objective is to ensure all products meet strict specifications while identifying and resolving the root causes of failures.
As a leader, you will not only manage the technical aspects of testing but also supervise a team of quality control personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and temporary staff. You will be responsible for training employees, assigning work, evaluating performance, and fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot technical issues, develop test setups, and refine workflows for both standard and nonstandard products.
