Strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP practices and guidelines. Ability to communicate with supervisor and other employees about potential problems or improvements. Ability to work well in a team environment, coach, and motivate other employees. Commitment to continuous improvement. Support for company culture of quality, accountability, efficiency, and teamwork. Internal audit experience or industry certification.
