As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will engage your passion for food safety to provide front-line support to manufacturing. Located on-site at our Rome, GA, Plant, you will act as the go-to resource for ensuring the quality and food safety of our core products. This position is dedicated to supporting operations to ensure alignment with all policies and practices in the Kellanova Food Safety Plan.
You will join a highly engaged team that supports an environment of learning and growth. This role offers exciting opportunities to work on stretch projects, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership. The position operates on a night shift schedule (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) with a rotating 4-day/3-day work week pattern, providing every other weekend off. Flexibility with overtime as needed is required.
