About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will engage your passion for food safety to provide front-line support to manufacturing at our Rome, GA plant. You will act as the go-to resource for ensuring the quality and food safety of our core products, supporting operations to ensure alignment with all policies and practices in the Kellanova Food Safety Plan.
You will join a highly engaged team that supports an environment of learning and growth. This role offers exciting opportunities to work on stretch projects, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership. The position is a night shift role (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) with a rotating schedule of 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, providing every other weekend off. Flexibility with overtime as needed is required.
