About the Role
This position serves as a critical support function for quality control (QC) and inventory management within the warehouse environment. The primary objective is to ensure products are properly stored, inventory levels are accurately maintained, and customer demand is met efficiently. Quality control responsibilities include inspecting inbound and outbound products to verify compliance with company quality and dating standards.
The role operates as a collaborative hub, working closely with the Receiving team to identify and address quality concerns with incoming product, and partnering with Purchasing to resolve quality-related issues. Success in this position requires walking warehouse and cold-storage areas multiple times daily to assess product quality and rotation, while analyzing trends to report findings to management.
Schedule
This position operates on a specific schedule with a 7:30 AM start time and Tuesdays and Saturdays off.
