This position serves as a comprehensive training track designed to prepare you for full responsibility over the day-to-day performance of all departments within our Denver and Aurora facilities. The ultimate goal is to ensure the plant operates in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations under the direction of the Plant Manager.
As a Trainee, you will gain exposure to the full spectrum of operations, including production, sales, administration, and distribution. You will learn to manage human resources, review financials against budgets, and interact directly with customers to identify and implement service improvements. This role is critical for maintaining high-quality standards and driving the continual improvement of LKQ Corporation's quality systems.
