About the Role
The Project Manager - Strategic Business Planning position plays a vital role in identifying, planning, and supporting new business opportunities. This role requires strong capabilities in financial planning, business analysis, project coordination, and account support. You will contribute to key initiatives through data analysis, assist with client relationship development, and support project execution across the team.
In this capacity, you will support the business development team by providing financial and business analysis, coordinating projects, and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives. Your work will help develop strategies that strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and support the execution of key initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in freight forwarding, business planning, or sales to help drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct market feasibility studies and identify target segments for new market entry
- check_circleAnalyze regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits for logistics operations
- check_circleDesign business models and develop mid/long-term business plans for market penetration
- check_circlePrepare internal reporting and documentation to secure executive approval for new projects
- check_circleCollaborate with external advisors and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- check_circleDevelop sales strategies and presentation materials to support business development
- check_circleBuild relationships with companies to drive potential business opportunities
- check_circleConduct urgent ad-hoc projects as requested by top management
- check_circleEstablish customized logistics facilities and recruit personnel to manage daily operations
Requirements
- verifiedBachelors Degree Required
- verified6 - 9 years of direct experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Freight Forwarding Required
- verified7 - 11 years of direct experience in Supply Chain and/or Freight Forwarding Preferred
- verifiedExperience in Logistics/Transportation Industries Required
- verifiedExperience in New Business Development Required
- verifiedProficient PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Required
- verifiedBilingual in Korean Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience in freight forwarding, business planning, or sales. Bilingual in Korean. 7 - 11 years of direct experience in Supply Chain and/or Freight Forwarding.
